1. Reservations & Payments

1.1. All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit/debit card.
1.2. Payment is required at check-in unless otherwise specified.
1.3. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, cryptocurrencies, and other payment methods as listed at the front desk.
1.4. Taxes and additional fees may apply to the total booking amount.

2. Check-in & Check-out

2.1. Check-in time: 3:00 PM onwards.
2.2. Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
2.3. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2.4. A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in for all guests.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

3.1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the check-in date to avoid a cancellation fee.
3.2. No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will be charged one night’s stay.
3.3. Group reservations may be subject to a different cancellation policy.

4. Guest Conduct

4.1. Guests must respect motel property, staff, and other guests.
4.2. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or illegal activities will result in eviction without a refund.
4.3. Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms. A cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
4.4. Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly rooms, subject to additional charges and policies.

5. Liability & Damages

5.1. Guests are responsible for any damage to the motel property caused during their stay.
5.2. Hodler Inn is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings.
5.3. Vehicles parked on the property are at the owner’s risk.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for reservation purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
6.2. Security cameras are in use for the safety of guests and staff.

7. Force Majeure

7.1. Hodler Inn is not liable for service interruptions due to natural disasters, power outages, or other events beyond our control.

8. Amendments

8.1. Hodler Inn reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and at the front desk.
